La Petite Grange is a semi-detached 16th century stone barn, converted some 20 years ago to provide accommodation for 4 persons.  The accommodation comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom plus bathroom with over bath shower, WC and wash basin upstairs.  Downstairs the lounge, dining and kitchen areas are open plan. There is a wealth of original beams throughout the property and a woodburning stove which keeps it warm in the winter months.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob,  rotisserie  & pizza ovens, microwave, grill, kettle, toaster, food processor, hand mixer, automatic washing machine, iron/ironing board and fridge/freezer.  Satellite TV (equivalent to Freeview) DVD and CD/Radio are provided together with a small library of books, CDs and DVDs. We have tried to ensure that you have everything that you could want in the kitchen - and there are also a few cookery books should you feel driven to experiment with the large selection of local produce.

All Linen and towels are included in the  rental and there are also bathing towels provided, but we ask guests to ensure that these are washed and dried before the end of their stay to enable others to use them. 

A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover accidental breakage and damage.  A cleaning and laundry charge of 60 euros per holiday rental period is paid for separately at the house.  We ask guests to leave this on the dining table at the end of their stay.

One large or two small dogs can be accommodated together with responsible owners.
